Nominated in the category “Most ambitious future plans”
Estmak Capital has the honor of being nominated for BRELF AWARDS 2022 in the category “Most ambitious future plans” with the project Lāčplēša 76, Riga, Latvia. This category rewards developers that have acquired properties with the investment of more than EUR 3 mln since 2021 with a goal to develop ambitious new projects.
Our vision is to develop Lāčplēša quarter, which lies within the protection zone of the historic center of Riga, into a multifunctional complex that will include apartments for families as well as rental apartments, a business center, retail space, and a park. 60 000 sqm development project is currently in the phase of the sketch design but is expected to have 600 private and rental flat units and an office building of 13 000-14 000 sqm.
“We believe that the most important step in the development of the new quarter is the creation of an internal ecosystem that will create a place not only for residents of the area but will also become a place of attraction for the entire city. Likewise, is very important for us to preserve the historical aspect and to bring a new, modern life into the quarter” – said the Chairman of the Board, Timofey Sukonkin.
BRELF Awards 2022
For the 11th time, BRELF Awards 2022 are to celebrate real estate projects, developers, investors, and initiatives that have brought the most valuable impact to the real estate market over the last year in Latvia. There will be 2 awards in each category, one awarded by the public voting, the other awarded by a jury. BRELF AWARDS 2022 winners will be announced during Baltic Real Estate Leaders Forum 2022, which takes place on October 14th in Riga.
