Estmak Capital organized an architectural competition

We organised an architectural competition in cooperation with the Estonian Association of Architects

Estmak Capital, in cooperation with the Estonian Association of Architects, organised an architectural competition, the aim of which was to choose the best architectural and most suitable solution for the construction of an urban multi-purpose building. According to the terms of reference, the future building had to be of an architecturally high standard and urban planning suitable for the given location (Tallinn, Mustamäe tee 5f, 5g, 5h, 5i, 5j, 5k, 5l).

Based on the values of Estmak Capital, the new building complex had to be realistic, constructed with optimal costs, energy efficient, convenient and functional for users and with low operating costs. The competition conditions were approved by the Tallinn City Planning Board, the Estonian Association of Architects and all members of the jury. The conditions of the competition were prepared by the architect Ivar Lubjak.
