Сonstruction of the third house in the Kuuseheki area has started
Construction of the last apartment building in the Kuuseheki residential area has begun
Estmak Capital has begun construction of the third and last apartment building in the Kuuseheki residential area in Saue. The construction works will be completed in the summer of 2022. Even before the start of construction, more than a hundred people showed interest in the apartments.
“By this moment, two houses have been built in the residential area of Kuuseheki, and the owners have already moved in. It is mainly home to young families who appreciate the greenery of Saue, the quiet area and the fast direct connection to Tallinn,” said Timofey Sukonkin, owner of Estmak Capital.
Saue is a developing and growing town just in 15 minutes’ drive from the capital of Estonia, but it has a calm and well-organized rhythm of life. “You can buy a modern class A apartment with energy consumption in Saue much cheaper than in Tallinn. On our website, we have opened the opportunity to register in the list of those wishing to purchase new apartments at 54 Kuuseheki, and hundreds of people have a wish to buy an apartment here,” Sukonkin added.
Estmak Capital owner noted that, just like in the capital, the demand for new housing exceeds the supply in the rural municipalities and cities surrounding Tallinn. “Prices are not rising as quickly as in Tallinn, but they are still growing steadily. People appreciate the closeness of nature and quick transportation possibilities with the capital,” Sukonkin explained.
The contract for the construction of a house at 54 Kuuseheki Street was concluded with Nordecon. The contract price is 3.6 million euros, plus value added tax. Construction will be completed in the summer of 2022. “We are delighted to continue our cooperation with the client. We also appreciate Estmak Capital’s future-oriented and sustainable approach,” commented Priit Luman, board member of Nordecon AS.
