NOBE is currently building a new concept Novotel Living apartment hotel near Tallinn’s ferry terminal. Designed for both short and extended stays, the rooms resemble stylish apartments, offering a strong sense of home. The project meets LEED Gold certification standards, with highlights such as solar panels, geothermal heating, and modern cooling systems. Remarkably, NOBE managed to stay on schedule even during challenging road construction periods.

DAGOpen is an architectural company behind the clean-lined Wittenhof residential and business complex near Tallinn’s hippodrome. With its glass facades, light-filled spaces, and rooftop terraces, the energy-efficient building blends perfectly into its surroundings. The result exceeded even our highest expectations.

Architect11 is responsible for Novotel Living’s modern and functional design, bringing a premium yet homely accommodation experience to the heart of Tallinn. As the first of its kind in the Baltics, the apartment hotel meets all the strict standards of the Accor hotel chain.

Warmeco ensures energy-efficient and environmentally friendly glass solutions in Novotel Living, significantly reducing energy costs and enhancing overall comfort.

When speaking about the collaboration, Warmeco CEO Kristo Tamm emphasizes the value of a shared vision: “Energy efficiency is no longer a luxury or a burden. ACM Metal crafted Novotel Living’s elegant metal facade solutions. Despite extensive experience with Estonia’s largest construction companies, Novotel posed their greatest international challenge yet.
